No one is excepted with daily stress, whether it is a physical, mental or emotional stress were just few examples of stress that human is experiencing. One author said, “You are not human, if you don’t experience stress”. From stress at school, to work stress to even home stress, they are just all over the place and we cannot easily get away with it. One way that could effectively lessens our stress is EATING. Some says it’s comforting, it’s calming and could be a life saver at times. Admit it, when we are stressed, we even treat ourselves to a fancy restaurant. We simply treat our self in a way that we forget what we are going through and feel a little bit of pleasure for a moment.
